We are looking to appoint an Attendance Support Officer who will work within our pastoral team. Your organised and methodical approach will enable you to track attendance and punctuality highlighting areas of concern. The ideal candidate will promote and apply intervention strategies to ensure high levels of attendance and punctuality to pupils within school and to provide administration support in all issues relating to raising standards of student attendance and punctuality.

The successful candidate will ideally have experience in a similar role, with an understanding of the legislation and statutory framework around school attendance. You will work within a team as well as using your own initiative to prioritise your workload in a fast-paced environment to ensure deadlines are met. Your strengths will include building good relationships with children and adults, coupled with patience and a sense of humour and a willingness to be fully involved in school life.
