We have recently introduced a new system called Arbor to manage student information, behaviour and communication. This new system is now being used across all Academies in the Trust and it has modernised the way we operate and will improve our methods of communication with parents. However, there are some changes coming soon which may impact you.

As a first step from February Half Term, we will be moving our behaviour management system from ClassCharts to Arbor. This will mean that you will no longer be able to see any rewards or sanctions being issued unless you download the Arbor App.

Our second step from September 2024 will mean all methods of communication with parents will now be through push notifications on the Arbor App. This means we will no longer email you or send an SMS message to you, unless it is in urgent circumstances where we need to get an urgent message to parents i.e. school closure. Please note we will still make phone calls to you as normal.

The App contains lots of information about your child(ren) including behaviour, personal information, attendance, timetables and messages from us.

We have already set up an account for you.

To finish creating your account, you just need to set a password. You can do this by going to login.arbor.sc, clicking on ‘Forgotten Password?’ and following the instructions on screen.

Your username is the email address is the one we have on record for you.

How do I download the app?

You can download the Arbor App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
