Year 6 into 7 (Primary into Secondary)

Year 7 – Year 11 (In Year Transfer)
If you wish to transfer your child to Co-op Academy Failsworth you must complete an In Year Transfer Form
Once this form has been completed and section B has been filled in and signed by the current school, please return to us.
Please note: We may need to place your child on the Co-op Academy Failsworth waiting list. We will inform you if this is the case.
