World Mental Health Day- do one thing for better mental health

World Mental Health day is the 10th October.

This year World Mental Health day is all about doing one thing for better mental health.

It’s important to make the time to look after yourself, and do something that makes you happy. That’s why we are encouraging all pupils and parents to do something this weekend for their mental health.

This could be going for a walk, reading a book, sitting down and having a cup of tea with a loved one.
