Welcome to Co-op Academy Failsworth. It is a privilege to serve the Academy as Headteacher. My staff and I truly believe Co-op Academy Failsworth is unique in its care and support for pupils and the quality of learning experiences we can provide. We are very proud of being part of the Co-op Academies Trust and we feel the strong co-operative ethos this provides is a perfect fit for our Academy. We have adopted the Co-op ways of being as a guide for life in the Academy.

Leaders provide an effective careers programme. Pupils can take part in a range of activities designed to develop their leadership and business skills. Pupils have high aspirations for their futures. They are well prepared for the next stage of their education, employment and training.
Pupils benefit from a wide range of opportunities to support their personal development. There is a rich menu of clubs and sports for pupils to choose from. Recently, many pupils have become involved in leading and supporting projects in the local area, such as the ‘Community Fridge’ and the ‘Uniform Exchange’.
